Oracle Completes Acquisition of Cerner
Oracle Corp. has completed its acquisition of Cerner Corp. for $28.3 billion.
The deal, which was announced in December 2021, gives Oracle access to Cerner's trove of data from one of the largest providers of electronic health records (EHRs) in the United States.
